TEACH recruitment campaign

by TEACH South Africa

TEACH South Africa attracted and recruited a diverse group of graduates during last year’s successful recruitment campaign. They received 2 035 registered users on the TEACH website versus 1 117 interests received from graduates in 2009.

The TEACH recruitment team decided that the campaign needed to make an even greater impact if they wanted to recruit as many graduates as their competitors. Corporate companies often get the lion’s share at university career fairs across the country, so with that in mind, TEACH South Africa decided to launch a campaign that would speak to the hearts of graduates who share the same vision.

Working together with Flow Communications, the recruitment campaign photo shoot took place in a setting that reflected what TEACH South Africa’s brand stands for – the Thuto Lesedi school in
Vosloorus. The principal and TEACH’s ongoing support mentor at the school helped with setting up the various photo shoot locations.
